Dating back to 1595, this former Engadin farm house has been entirely refurbished and now accommo- dates six beautiful apartments, overlooking the old town center of La Punt as well as a beautiful garden on the backside of the house. During the renovation process, the focus was on combining the architectu- ral elements of an original Engadin style house with sophisticated contemporary luxuries. The wooden panels and cross vaults have been restored around the house, even the original wooden oor planks have been re-installed. Geothermal heating provides sustainable and e cient energy.

Apartment Blu is the major apartment in the house with a direct entrance from the street through the former barn gate. The door is separated only by a glass wall from the spacious and bright living and di- ning room, beaming with the authentic historical cha- racter of this unique house. Comfortable sofas invite guests to lounge and enjoy a ne glass of wine. The large wooden dining table can seat the entire family and is the perfect setting for a dinner with friends. The adjacent kitchen features a breakfast table seating up to seven and a door leads to the green garden, perfect for outside meals on warm summer days.

A cozy TV room with original pine wood wall paneling o ers guests a place to enjoy a typical Engadin style living area, while WiFi connection throughout the entire house makes for a modern standard of living. Six luxurious bedrooms comfortably sleep up to ele- ven guests (four king, one twin and one single bedro- om) with two bedrooms located on the upper level, one on ground level and three on the lower ground oor. Four of the bedrooms o er the comfort of an en-suite bathroom; the remaining two each have a separate shower room.
Beautiful old wood, exquisite white linens and delica- te touches of colour underline the elegant sophistica- tion of the bedrooms, while the bathrooms have the highest quality contemporary amenities and nishes.

The second apartment entrance and the building's main staircase as well as an elevator provides access to a fully equipped laundry room, storage cellar and in-house garage on the lower ground floor.

Children love the family friendly resort because of the Müsella children's ski lift and the nearby playground. The apartment is close to the train station, the bus stop is just across the street, restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance.
