The villa is a brand new build, completed in November 2018, and was conceived and designed as a purpose built family holiday home. Every thought has been given to comfort and pleasure from the social open plan kitchen, large indoor and outdoor dining areas and quiet corners where you might wile away the hours taking in the breathtaking sea views.

The interior designed furnishings were imported from abroad under the design and guidance of Julia Twigg, a renowned interior designer in her hometown . Her clients are a loyal and elite group who have brought her expertise to bear across many corners of the globe. You will see the subtle heritage influences in the custom print fabrics and designs that slot easily into French Riviera living.

The open plan kitchen is designed with socialising in mind. It is cleverly designed to provide a clean unassuming space for food preparation and cooking while concealing extra storage, extra sinks and an extra fridge in a back kitchen area. To the eye the kitchen is a small beautiful place but the extra workspace is hidden from view allowing you to keep the main kitchen area, clean and organised and uncluttered.

The bedrooms feature unique custom made soft furnishings with subtle colourful prints to accent each room. High quality mattresses, plentiful pillows, cushions and throws ensure an absolutely wonderful night sleep.

Quiet ceiling fans whirl over each bed in the main villa to allow you to sleep with windows open and a cool breeze circulating so you don't have to lock out the sweet Mediterranean air. Or you can use the climate control to set your perfect temperature, what's important is having the choice.

The third bedroom is situated below the main living area in an independent studio configuration. It is connected to the main house via an internal staircase and the elevator but it also maintains two private entrances and a private terrace with dining and lounge seating. It was built with a growing family in mind to allow young adults a sense of freedom or to provide visiting friends their own space. It allows all guests to enjoy a good degree of privacy which lends itself to happy holidays and a very relaxing space.
