What. Escape to your very own exclusive hideaway at Baan View Talay. This luxurious and airy 6+1 bedroom villa is built onto the Nathon hillside with breathtaking panorama of the surrounding vistas and sea views. The opulent entrance welcomes you past a pond and tropical garden and through an ornate, hand-carved wooden door from Chiang Mai that opens to the living area. Built to accommodate large groups of family or friends, the indoor living room is equipped with a pool table and dining space for ten. The room opens up further to the deck and pool area as well as the spectacular surroundings. While the view from every room boasts some of nature's best works, the villa's many sporting amenities may just steal your attention away and keep you occupied. Besides the infinity pool that hangs over a cliff, the villa also offers an indoor gym, a putting green, a field for badminton, volleyball or soccer and even a petanque boulodrome for target bowling. The villa is also equipped with a foosball table, cable TV and multiple indoor and outdoor lounging areas.

  • Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 and 3 are located on the first floor, and the other bedrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have a private balcony, except for Bedroom 3. Also, Bedroom 6 consist of a Mezzanine with Twin beds to accommodate 2 extra guests (on request only and may incur extra charge). Note: Standard occupancy is 12 guests only.

  • Pool: 6m x 14m x 1.55m depth; Total of 9 single sun-beds and 1 dual sun-bed; Jacuzzi is available at the Master Bedroom only.

  • Living & Dining Areas: Living room with a pool table and bonzini table; air conditioning & ceiling fan; Dining area comes with a rectangular table that sits up to 12; Modern kitchen with countertop; Poolside area with sea view and sunbeds; Outdoor lounge bed and round dining table for 10.

  • Kitchen Appliances: Oven, microwave, coffee machine (Minimex Bella Espresso capsules available free of charge during the stay; Nespresso capsules available at additional cost), refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, BBQ, and stove top.

  • Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa's suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children's meals available on advance request.

  • Entertainment: 55" curved Smart TV in the living room with satellite; Panasonic Blu-ray DVD player; Satellite TV in every bedroom; Denon and JBL sound system.

  • Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

  • Other Facilities: Bonzini table; Pool Table; Yoga mats; 4 Massage beds; First aid kit; Non-smoking rooms; Garden; Barbeque; Universal adapter; Safety Deposit Box; Hairdryers.

Weddings & Events

  • If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
  • Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
  • Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
  • The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 guests (combination of seating and standing).
  • Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
  • Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
  • Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
  • Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
  • Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.

    • Rates for 5 bedrooms and above includes 1 x round trip airport transfer (2 vans only for each way, 7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).
    • Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).
  • Extra Bedding & Child Policy
    • Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast (maximum 2 extra guests only). Note: Standard occupancy is 12 guests only.
    • 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.
    • One baby cot and one high chair provided free of charge upon request, and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
    • Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum 4 hours in advance booking is required.
  • Check-In & Check-Out
    • Check-in: 3 pm
    • Check-out: 11 am
    • Early arrival and late departure will depend on availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, charges may apply.
