FIRST LINE VILLA WITH OWN BEACH AND POOL
Villa "Natali" for rent on the 1st line with its own beach and swimming pool 5.5 x 3.5 m! Accommodation for up to 10 people. The villa is located in a picturesque and cozy place Utjeha (Bar community). The house has its own garden with fruit and ornamental plants, summer kitchen, barbecue area.

The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: air conditioners in all rooms, TV, internet, heated floors, security, a refrigerator in the kitchen, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, as well as a washing machine, iron, ironing board. There is a parking lot for cars.
The cleanest city beach Utjeha with homemade restaurants and entertainment areas is just 300 meters away. Tivat airport is 52 km, Podgorica 55 km.
Tourist tax (boravisna taksa) is paid separately at the rate of 1 € / day per person, for teenagers 12-18 years old, the cost is 50%, for children under 12 years old, the tax is not charged.
