1. Free cancelation prior to the 1st of September 2020 due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions with immediate return of any funds paid to the clients.
2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

The house has the most incredible view. It is an open modern bungalow-like architecture making every room have its own vista of the ocean, including the flying pool.
The house is in a small private development of 3 houses on the Pacific coast with our own private beach. It sits on the side of a mountain. The house has the most incredible view. It is an open bungalow-like architecture making every room have its own vista of the ocean, including the flying pool. The master bedroom is on the top floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor and each bedroom includes a shower and a toilet. It has everything you need: an amazing contemporary kitchen, lunch/dining area which comes equipped with all cooking/kitchen appliances, and it has a laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer. In just 1 minute, you arrive at the bay of the beach where you also have your own small private sunbed area.

Also the devolepment has staff that can help you if you are having technical problems or if you want some groceries from sayulita town.
The nearest airport is Puerto Vallarta´s International airport which is a one hour commute. We can arrange transport upon request to and from the airport.
