Villa Ariana is your quiet oasis on the very doorstep of Dubrovnik Old Town. Sitting at Pile Gate, the main entrance into the city walls, this magical property makes exploring the historic center – or the King's Landing as some know it, remarkably easy. Yet when you are ready to relax, retreat to the resplendent seclusion within the thick stone walls of Villa Ariana.
Renovated in 2018, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests in four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Its cozy Mediterranean-style outdoors are scented with aromas of citruses and cypresses and comprised of an outdoor kitchen, al fresco dining terrace and a heated pool, making Villa Ariana the ideal choice for families, groups of friends and couples, as well as all those looking to have Dubrovnik at their fingertips.
Villa Ariana, the stunning townhouse property, boasts interior and exterior spaces of the same size, 340 square meters each. The outdoors are split into two planes, heated pool and sunbathing area leveled to the house ground floor. The open-air kitchen, barbecue, and al fresco dining terrace are sunken a few steps lower, wonderfully vibrant of flowering bougainvillea and tall orange trees.
The residence spans three floors, with a cozy wine cellar underground. The ground floor of the villa features a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and one guest room, while the remaining three guest rooms with en suite bathrooms occupy on the upper floors.
