Balasana Villa is a newly renovated retreat villa located minutes away from Ibiza town. It is designed to host a large group of family, friends and yoga retreats.
The Villa is near many of Ibiza famous restaurants, nightlife and beach clubs such as Julz, Blue Marlin, Cova Santa, Tropicana, El Chiringuito, Jockey Club, Sa Trinx, Restaurant Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa Beach Club, Ushuaia, HÏ, Lio, Amnesia and Pacha.
Stunning beaches such as Salinas, Es Xarco, Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, Cala Jondal, Porroig, Es Cavallet, Es Codols, Cala Baltrana, Es Torrent and Playa D'en Bossa are within 5-15 minutes away.
We are providing more stringent cleaning procedures of our properties to ensure the health and safety of our guests. All our bed linens, bathroom towels and pool towels are professional laundries.

The Space
The lush villa is situated in the middle of natural green forestry with mountain and sea views. The charming villa offers a perfect place to holiday or retreat while in Ibiza. Although the villa is secluded and private in Sant Josep it is less than 10 minutes away to Ibiza town and 5 minutes away from the Ibiza airport.
Balasana has a private swimming pool size 10m x 5m accompany with 2x Balinese beds and sufficient sun loungers. There is a 8M x 8M = 64 M2 multi-functional yoga decking space cocoon in a natural and herbal garden. There is a natural garden all around the property.
The villa has two large outdoor terraces and a BBQ station for those all-important pre and post-dinner party gatherings. We can change the bedroom configuration and replace double beds with single beds if needed. We are set up for 14 guests. However, we can accommodate 2 more extra guests night taking our maximum capacity to 16 guests.

Important info
A breakage security deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival. This can be done by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within 7 working days upon check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any damages.
Extra Cleaning - light cleaning and/or full cleaning (with new laundry towels and linen) can be offered to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional inform should you wish to book this extra service.
HOUSE RULES: No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside. No parties or events allowed. However, we are very happy for you to play music at a respectable level inside and around the pool.
Checkin time is from 15:00 – 21:00. After 21:00 we need to be arrange a late checkin at an extra cost of €50. An early checkin can be arrange if possible at an extra cost.
