1. Free cancelation prior to the 1st of September 2020 due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions with immediate return of any funds paid to the clients.
2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

It is simply stunning.You have the feeling that you are cut off from the rest of the town but at the same time you are just 5min by car from the city center and about 30min walking.
Incredible view of the bay and mountains reaches until Perast Islands.
The front side of the house is facing the sea while the back side has enourmous garden and is facing the hills and forest.
This house is a paradise for people looking for quiet but at the same time central location.
The house is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms.The first bedroom has matrimonial bed and attached shower.
The second one has two single beds and is divided with huge closet so you get a felling that this bedroom is made out of two single bedrooms.
The third bedroom has matrimonial bed and sofa bed.This bedroom has a fireplace and exit to the garden.The fourth bedroom is an open gallery with two single beds.
There are two big bathrooms,kitchen and living room.
There is barbecue outside at the garden.
Outside furniture is set up at the front and also at the back of the house.
There is a private parking place for 5 cars and strong wi fi.
Kitchen is fully eqquiped.
The view from the house is amazing and the sea area can be reached is just 5 minutes walking from the house.
The city center can be reached by car in about 5 min .
