Conveniently located only 1 min drive from the charming small village of Jesus, Talamanca beach and Ibiza's top spots including shops, harbour, restaurants and one of Ibiza's most famous club - Pacha.
Outside the villa you have many possibilities to spend your time in the well trimmed garden or the sauna next to the pool. All terasses have lounging-areas with an amazing view to the city of ibiza and the mediterranian sea.
The villa is equipped with a large salon in the ground floor with 2 seating areas, a large dining table and a piano.
In the upper salon is an entertainment-area with TV, pinball machine, football-table and a bar.
Enjoy the sun in our large 20 x 10 meters heated pool surroundes with various sunbeds and relaxing area. From the pool you have a grat view over Ibiza town and the sea.
