Villa Can Massaueta

Villa Can Massaueta is in San Jordi, very closed to Playa den Bossa, Ibiza city center and Ses Salines beach!
It is a beautiful, light two-storey villa situated in a residential area in Sant Jordi, overlooking the countryside and strategically located between Ibiza town and Ses Salinas.

The villa Can Massaueta is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and nice decorations. In front of the house, around the swimming pool, a large sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds and a Balinese lounge corner. There is a beautiful area, around an old olive tree, with a dining table and next to the outside kitchen with a barbecue.

Behind the outside kitchen is a guest bathroom (outside) with shower and toilet and a laundry also (with washing machine and dryer machine).
Can Massaueta is about 2,5 km from Ibiza town and about 5 km from Ses Salinas beach; 1 km from Playa d'en Bossa.

On the ground floor there is the living room, cozy and comfortably furnished with a beautiful sofa and a large dining table.
Large sliders give access to the sun terrace and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, large American fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
In a separate room outdoor there are the washing machine and the dryer machine and also a bathroom and a double shower.

On the other side of the house there are two bedrooms (one with two single beds).
the rooms have sliding doors to the terrace. They share a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed. Following a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub with jacuzzi, shower, washbasin and toilet.
The entire house has air conditioning hot/cold. There is also Dutch-speaking satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player and an internet connection.

In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa + a sofa bed for 2 people!
