Centenary villa, recently reformed that enjoys the tranquility of the countryside and it is next to the west beaches.
Where the almond trees are interrupted and the forest appears, in the western part of the island of Ibiza. The coastal area in the vicinity of the house at just 750 meters from the sea has many trails through which to walk or jog and from which you can contemplate different perspectives of the coast. The house is authorized for use as a Tourist Stay with reference ET-E-0196 with a capacity for eleven people.

Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Port des Torrent and many more beaches, the west side of the island enjoys the best sunsets

Can Rafal and Es Caló villas are next to some of the best beaches on the island. Cala Bassa is just 2,000 m away and it has the well-known Cala Bassa beach Club. Cala Conta, a little further to the west, is known as the Caribbean Ibicenco. S'Illa des Bosc and Sunset Ashram Are two very good restaurants on this beach.

Port des Torrent is another very close alternative, with the little fishermen's huts that give it a special appeal if you are looking for tranquility.

Restaurants recommended and close to the house can be Can Pujol, by the sea and with magnificent fresh fish, El Viejo Gallo, specialized in meats, fish and paellas making special mention to the weekend curry, Chimichurri, specialized in Argentinean meats and Sausages and German beers, Cas Milá with Mediterranean cuisine and S'Espartá specialized in fish.


As unique places and specific interest we have the Kumharas, by the sea, reminiscent of hippies with music and relaxed atmosphere or the small town of San Agustin, where at the beginning of the night people gather of the most varied in the backyard full of orange trees of the small bar-restaurant Can Berri.Unforgettable sunsets that can be enjoyed from Cala Conta, from the Kumharas or from the trails next to the coast near the house.

Nearby services would be the Es Cucó supermarket where you can buy small delicatessens, but also the usual purchase is the excellent meat that you can find there. Next to it is the café where you can have a quick meal. Another supermarket with a larger capacity is the Suma.
