1. Free cancelation prior to the 1st of September 2020 due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions with immediate return of any funds paid to the clients.
2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

About Villa
This luxury self catered villa is in an unbeatable location right in the middle of Beau Vallon beach. There is direct access from the villa to the beach in less than 60 seconds. The villa is a wonderful place for families or groups to relax and enjoy a home away from home.
The villa has two generous king size bedrooms with ensuite and air-conditioning. There is a further toilet downstairs.
The ground floor has a fabulous living area with a spacious kitchen. Bi-folding doors lead from the living area out onto the veranda which has a covered dining table and pool.
The villa is equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, pots, pans and knives for you to enjoy cooking your own meals. If you would rather not cook we offer breakfast and dinner at out hotel Criollo House, just next door, please speak to staff on arrival to book.
Our Villa is ideal for groups or families that want home comforts and privacy while being a step away from the beach.
Towels and bed linen is provided at the beginning of your stay and changed once a week for stays of 7 days or longer. There is a washing machine and drying rack if you would like to wash towels, linen or your own clothes.
