Villa Fiframar

Fiframar finished in June 2019, combines the appearance of the traditional island Finca with top-level technological equipment to ensure comfort and charm.

Both the main villa (850 sqm) and the Guest House (100 sqm), are fully air-conditioned (summer-winter) and equipped with drinking water everywhere. They offer large and bright spaces thanks to the large sliding-windows and terraces for over 250 sqm.

The underground garage can easily accommodate 3 to 4 cars. Private outdoor parking for 5 cars and in the garden.

The ground floor of the house is one with the outside thanks to the large sliding doors-windows, which on the front of the house overlook the covered patio of 70 square meters. It is a great area to relax and to dine in the cool before sunset over the sea and the islands.
