The new villa, designed by the architect René Claude Leandri, is on an exposed hillside location in the protected Domaine Bartole de Beauvallon. The exclusivity of Villa Julia reflects the high standards of the German cai Group, from project management and construction management through to implementation. The building and the pool were built as reinforced concrete structures in accordance with German standards. The high construction quality is made clear through the selection of quality materials and equipment and is also reflected in each individual detail. A well-known garden architect was commissioned to design the garden and transformed the property into an oasis with Mediterranean flair. The infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi lights up in the evenings and is the perfect addition to the magnificent view of the Bay of Saint-Tropez.

When designing the villa, we thought of everything to make the discerning occupant's stay as relaxing as possible. Each room also has individually-controlled air conditioning systems, as well as a security system with individual room surveillance and a smoke detector. A large utility room, which is connected to the kitchen on the top floor, is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and so on. The double garage provides enough space for 2 vehicles, and there are 3 more parking spaces available on the property. There is sufficient spare room on the villa's lower level to install a sauna and wellness area or a wine cellar.
