Originally built in 1908, the estate spent decades reclaimed by nature, its original grandeur slowly fading, until now. Through a meticulous restoration process, this protected cultural site has been transformed into a world-class destination that honors its history while offering every comfort of contemporary elite living.

Set across an expansive 5.5-hectare estate, Villa Katino comprises four architecturally distinct five-star villas, all carefully integrated into the natural landscape. The estate features a total of nine refined bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests in total privacy and seclusion. Each villa has been designed to reflect a unique character, yet all share a consistent standard of sophistication, custom-made furnishings, and curated design elements that celebrate Croatian art, architecture, and craftsmanship. The estate includes Villa Katino (680 m²), Villa Marija (870 m²), Villa Lucija (980 m²), and Villa Ana (450 m²), each offering generous living spaces designed for comfort, style, and exclusivity.

A Walkthrough

At the heart of the property lies the original stone mansion, now lovingly restored to preserve its authentic façade and historic charm. Surrounding it are three newly built villas, each with its own interior concept, enriched by bespoke furniture, artistic lighting installations, and original works by Croatian artists. The design of every space reflects a seamless blend of the traditional and the contemporary, allowing guests to experience both the legacy of the past and the comfort of modern living.Each bedroom across the estate offers a private retreat, complete with spacious balconies furnished with elegant outdoor seating, sun loungers, and parasols. Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful sunrise, an afternoon book, or an unforgettable Adriatic sunset, every moment is framed by beauty and tranquility. Interiors are bathed in natural light, thoughtfully styled with soft tones, rich textures, and clean lines that invite rest and reflection.

Beyond the accommodations, Villa Katino offers an exceptional range of wellness and leisure experiences. Guests have access to three swimming pools (two outdoors and one indoor) ranging from 8 to 25 meters in length and equipped with features like counter-current jets, cascading waterfalls, and underwater massage systems. The estate also includes two saunas, steam rooms, and spa-style showers for total relaxation, as well as a 100 m² professional gym outfitted with the latest TechnoGym equipment. A private massage room and in-house salon are available for personalized wellness and beauty treatments.
For entertainment, the estate includes a private cinema, an outdoor court for sports and leisure, and a spectacular wine cellar housing thousands of bottles from Croatia’s finest vineyards, giving guests the opportunity to savor the rich winemaking heritage of the region. Villa Policies
  • Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August with change over on Saturdays; in May - June, September the minimum stay 5 nights; other periods minimum stay 4 nights
  • Security deposit is 15.000,00EUR (payable 14 days prior arrival and returned with in 14 days of departure in case of no damages)
