2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

Villa Oceanus Hvar is ideally located directly on the sea, only 5 minutes away from Hvar, Croatia town centre, accessible by boat or car. It is nested in the western part of town Hvar, in a gated nature park, in the Uleni Bok bay. The gated park only has 6 houses, and since it's not open for public, it ensures a serene stay with maximum privacy.
