2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

Villa Pearl of Adria is luxury villa 4 stars situated in beautiful place of Krasici, close to airport Tivat and famously known yacht marina Porto Montenegro, where you can spend a great time in some of their restaurants, looking over the luxurious yachts. On the villa's first floor is the living room with terrace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with showering cabin, and the toilet. On the second floor is the first bedroom with a king size bed and terrace, second bedroom with sofa bed, and the third bedroom with a king size bed. There is a separate toilet. In order to take a shower, you would need to go to the first or third floor. On the third floor are 2 big bedrooms with the king size beds, and large bathroom with showering cabin. On the ground floor is a garage entrance and exit to the sea, empty room, shower, and accessories for barbecue. Also, there are 2 washing machines and dryer. All the furniture, electronic, and appliances are brand new. Before the summer season, the government started building the pedestrian walking street, and it will be continued after the summer.
Krašići (Krasici) - it's a small, urbanized area, located on Luštica peninsula, in Boka-Kotorska bay, just across the Tivat. It's a quiet, peaceful place, perfect for those who would like to escape the city crowd and spend peaceful vacation. It's a perfect place for family and romantic vacation. In the past, native people were, in general, fishermen and also they were growing olives and grapes. So it was typical Montenegrin village. But today, the urban infrastructure is highly developed, and it's becoming highly demanded tourist place, with many luxurious villas and small houses to stay in.
