The villa is located in Krasici (Tivat municipality) on the Lustica peninsula, directly opposite Porto Montenegro. You can get there from the villa by water (if you have your own boat) in 5 minutes or in 15 minutes by car.
The villa is a cascade building with a total area of 516 sq.m. Located on a land plot with a total area of 2.228 sq.m. The whole complex includes a parking lot, a cascading descent with a decorative stream to the villa, a four-level building with an internal atrium and a swimming pool, three outdoor terraces with magnificent views of the Kotor Bay and the island with a church, a second swimming pool next to one of the terraces and descent to your own beach.
Landscaping of the facility provides for a wide range of fruit and ornamental plants with an automatic watering system. The territory is planted with oleanders, bougainvilleas, cypresses, olive trees, figs, pomegranates, oranges, tangerines, etc.
The house has 5 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms, a total of 6 bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining room with access to the pool, a kitchen equipped with everything you need: a coffee machine, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electric stove, Villeroy & Boch dishes …, 3 large terraces with a gorgeous view, and a separate technical building.

In 300 meters from the villa there is a luxury complex La Perla with 2 restaurants, live music is played here in the evening.
Tivat airport is 10-15 minutes by car.
