A stunning and spacious villa set on its own bay with a hillside infinity pool just a short drive from Hvar town. This is true paradise with the beach immediately in front of the house and a range of sundecks and terraces around the villa to lounge on.
An exquisite villa with large infinity pool sleeping up to 12 people is situated on its own bay which provides peace and quiet. The beach and sea are just a few metres from the villa.
The house has been refurbished to a high standard and is spacious inside. All amenities and appliances are provided. Hvar town is just a 10 minute drive and easy to access for shops and restaurants.
The Villa is perfect for families with children due its isolated and safe location with plenty of activities and no traffic. It is also great for groups of friends who want to have a huge area in which to make their own fun yet it is just a short drive from the restaurants and bars of Hvar town.
The interior of the villa has been carefully constructed to maximise light and views with large french windows opening on to terraces and balconies all around the house giving a sense of outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with American style doubling up of appliances. The sitting room is equipped with large flat screen TV and home theatre.
The villa is equipped with modern facilities including air conditioning, Sonos wireless sound system, Bose music centre, Nespresso machine, rainshowers in the ensuite bedrooms, heated towel rails etc
There are four bathrooms: 2 ensuite and two large family bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths, separate showers, bidet, WC and granite mounted basins. In addition there is a downstairs toilet and solar heated outdoor shower.
There are a large number of balconies, terraces and decks on which you can lounge and soak up the sun and atmosphere. The pool and surrounding terrace which enjoys first light at sunrise and far reaching views at sunset is stunning.
The outdoor living concept is present throughout with Balinese deck chairs on the Sky Deck, deep outdoor sofas on the Yoga deck and wooden sun loungers on the balcony. The wood fired barbecue and outdoor pizza oven is great fun and provides tasty food when entertaining.
The property is unique and was extensively featured by the British newspaper The Sunday Times.
There are private permanent moorings for speed boats up to 10m, jetskis and sailboats.
The internet is based on a 4G mobile router which is commonplace throughout the Croatian islands. We can not guarantee uptime due to the variation in signal strength. Bandwidth may also be limited at certain times of the day.
