The land for the Villa Sophie is on a south-facing slope in the Domaine Bartole, on the wonderful CÔte d'Azur. This exposed location offers an appealing panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The land is also located close to the Beauvallon Golf Club. Nice Airport is only an hour away by car. The entire garden area was created with great attention to detail and has an electronically-controlled watering system. Approx. 600 m² of new, usable garden space was created thanks to the spectacular terracing across five plateaux. The boules area is at the highest elevation of any in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The spacious Villa Sophie, which has 542.38 m² of living space and usable space, was built across two levels to the highest construction quality standards on a 2,545 m² plot of land. It has an open living/eating area with a fireplace, 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a guest toilet. The light-flooded entryway – next to the 45 m² double garage – welcomes visitors to the villa's upper level. There are 2 bedrooms here, each with a small corridor and a bathroom.
In the lower level of the Villa Sophie, there are two additional bedrooms – each with a bathtub – and the guest toilet. As all the bedrooms are south-facing, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the Mediterranean landscape from the terraces. In the living/eating area, all the French windows can be shifted into the walls. This gives the impression that the interior space flows outside and merges with nature. The entire terrace area with a stylish infinity pool in the centre covers approx. 150 m². A big breakfast terrace benefits from the morning sun and a view of the sea, and becomes the perfect place for a barbecue in the evenings.

The building and the pool were built as reinforced concrete structures in accordance with German standards. A well-known garden architect was commissioned to design the garden and transformed the property into an oasis with Mediterranean flair.
