A breakage security deposit of €3,000 (EUR) is required upon arrival. This can be done by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within 7 working days upon check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any damages.
Extra Cleaning - light cleaning and/or full cleaning (with new laundry towels and linen) can be offered to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional inform should you wish to book this extra service.

No parties or events allowed. However, we are very happy for you to play music at a respectable level inside and around the pool.
