About Villa

On the first floor of Villa Sunray 1 there are four air-conditioned rooms with a bathroom and toilet, and a terrace. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen with dining area, toilet and laundry.

The bedrooms are equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The luxury bathrooms are equipped with en suite showers and all necessary daily necessities. The kitchen contains all the necessary household appliances that will make cooking easier for you and your family. You can serve your meals in the indoor dining room with 8 seats and after the meal, you can serve chilled traditional Dalmatian wine. There is also an outdoor dining area if you want to enjoy food and drink with a view. You can also prepare specialties on the outdoor charcoal grill. In the yard there is a swimming pool around which are 6 comfortable deck chairs where you can relax and soak up the summer sun. In the pool you will surely relax thanks to the hydromassage function and the view of the beautiful blue Adriatic and the islands of the Šibenik archipelago.

The pool also has a heating option. Family gatherings will be complemented by table tennis and darts.

Villa SunRay 1 has four parking spaces available.


During the summer months, many cultural events take place and offer many gastronomic specialties in restaurants along the beach. If you choose an organized tour of the vineyards, be sure to taste the famous local wine Babić. Primosten also offers sailing and diving schools, rafting, cycling and horseback riding. Be sure to visit the historic city of Sibenik, Trogir, Vodice and the tourist centre Split.


In the past, Primošten was situated on the islet close to the mainland. During the Turkish invasions in 1542 the islet was protected by the walls and towers and a draw bridge connected it to the mainland. When the Turks retreated, the draw bridge was replaced by the causeway and in 1564 the settlement was named Primošten after the Croatian verb primostiti (to bridge).

It is built on a hill and is dominated by the parish church of St. George which was built in 1485 and restored in 1760 close to the local graveyard from which a unique view spreads to the sea and the surroundings.
