The Villas Bura and Maestral are architectural masterpieces that stand out from the established norms with their vision. When designing the villas, special care was taken to ensure that the villas were built in accordance with the natural environment in which they were incorporated.
This is evidenced by the fact that the roofs are greened with Mediterranean plants, and on each of the roofs of the rooms and living rooms the central place is occupied by an olive tree which is a trademark of the Mediterranean climate and way of life.
The names of the villas themselves draw their inspiration from the natural phenomenon - the wind, so Villa Bura was named after the local name for the north-east wind, and Villa Maestral after the local name for the north-west wind.
As we wanted the villas to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we use geothermal energy for heating and cooling, and a free charging station for electric cars is available to all of our guests.
